Responsible for launching (implementing), monitoring and completing projects within the deadlines agreed with the client, he/she ensures the smooth running of the project and acts as the main contact for external and internal clients as well as the profitability of the projects.

Project start-up

• Study the submission in the pre-production stage: learn about the scope and schedule (phasing, dates, technical specifications);
• Coordinate requests with other departments (request for technical drawings and technical sheets) and follow up as necessary;
• Follow up with customers – clarification and finalization of technical requirements – receipt of releases on time for optimal production planning;
• Validate the feasibility of the schedule by coordinating with production;

Project management and monitoring

• Analyze and verify order and schedule compliance;
• Communication of post-order changes and updates to the customer, includes communication of surcharges and extra costs;
• Communication of changes to production and confirm feasibility to the customer;

Project finalization

• Route orders to invoicing;
• Manage orders to be put into inventory;
• Manage deficiencies (define them, place and assign costs to the right people) inform the customer of the status and progress of their deficiencies;
• Negotiate with the customer in the event of a disagreement;
• Assist accounting in resolving payments;
• Cost analysis and post mortem.
