MANDATE
The Manufacturing Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing and coordinating marketing activities to support the company’s objectives. This role involves creating content, updating technical documentation and analyzing marketing performance. The ideal candidate must be creative, organized and have a good understanding of the manufacturing sector.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation• Write and maintain marketing materials such as the product catalog, promotional brochures, internal newsletter and blog articles.
• Contribute to the writing of various content for special projects and events such as job fairs, webinars, partnerships with professional training centers, company parties, etc.
Social Media Management
• Manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook and LinkedIn), developing strategies to increase brand awareness, promote products and strengthen engagement.
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales and Product Management departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
REQUIRED PROFILE
• Degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), CANVA and WordPress (an asset).
• Knowledge of marketing tools on social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn).
• Proactive attitude, initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
